mentorship program

The Doctor Dan Craig mentorship program predominantly caters for 13-18yo males.
The following is a guide to the mentorship plan that all mentees will carry out with Dan.
The time this plan will take will vary from individual to individual and will have no set deadline.
It will largely be determined by the individual's desire for success.
Mentorship will be done by one or more of the following: face to face meetings, phone meetings, video calls, and email.
Please note: any female enquiries will be referred to Kate McCready.
GETTING TO KNOW DAN
Everyone’s situation is unique. Dan will start by trying to understand your:
- living situation
- likes and dislikes
- living situation
- daily habits/routines
- current mindset
Dan would prefer, if possible, to also have a conversation (separately or together) with your parents/guardians.

MINDSET
Mindset and self-belief are imperative to achieve success. Dan will work together in developing positivity, self-awareness, and self-esteem.

SETTING AN END GOAL
Dan will work together in setting an ambitious goal of where we want to be at 30 years old. We are going to create a vision board.

SETTING AN OVERARCHING PLAN
Setting a sustainable strategy to achieve what’s on our vision board, while staying physically healthy, having a hobby, keeping a balanced lifestyle,
self-reward/relaxation, and keeping our relationships healthy.

BREAKING IT DOWN INTO SMALLER, BITE-SIZED PIECES
Developing a yearly, monthly, weekly, daily and sub-daily planner.
Developing to-do lists, follow up lists and checklists.

GETTING TO WORK
Getting it done, executing the plan, working hard and regularly touching base with Dan to discuss:
- daily challenges
- ways to battle with moments of self-doubt
- how to deal with naysayers and bullies
- how to learn to accept the things we can’t control
- dealing with adversity

Tracking our progress.
